| I have owned a condo at Bluegrass for 3 years. I love how quiet it is, neighbors are friendly, it is very clean and close to almost anything you could need. The landscaping is beautiful and the entire complex is one of the best in Everett. The clubhouse is amazing- it has a pool, gym, entertaining area, billiards room and hot tub! It is a great place to relax and entertain family and friends. If you are looking for a great place to buy a condo- this is it! It is deff worth your time to go down and have a tour!
